Should I use CBBE or CHSBHC if I want the ability to make my characters look super pretty, but throw giant huge cowtits on them with sliders later? Also which has better 'busty armor' support?

Way I understand it, most modifications use UNP or CBBE. You can get thicc with UUNP but it's certainly easier with CBBE. But how fucking big do you want, because most authors don't use many pixels to prevent clipping.

I'm considering using OOO for Oblivion but haven't played Oblivion since it first came out on the 360.
Here's my question: does it drastically change anything that would affect quests? I know it adds and overhauls a lot, which I want because I do not want level 40 bandits with daedric armour but at the same time, I'm curioous if I need to be more well rounded like with magic plus armour + melee or can I just go full on heavy armour + claymore and have at it?
