It's not really "best" in a while. Nergigante is boring and easy fight. Monster is very predicable in it's movements and I don't understand why even these FIFA idiots are carting so much to him. Compared to, let's say, Brachydios Nergigante is very dull.

Half his moves have the same fucking start up animations so you're busy sitting on your ass waiting to see if its the one that does no damage or the one shot one.
The spikes mechanic is interesting, but just gets fucking boring when they are all black and now you just have to wait for him to break them. Should be like agnaktor where once you break say his leg, they can still be damaged even when armored.
His hitboxes are fucking FU tier.
Like Nerg's difficulty comes from the fact that he can just one shot you so you're busy waiting for that move, while he dashes across the screen and roars constantly.

Welp, just got to the end credits of World a little while ago. I don't feel very accomplished, though. Why the fuck was Jiiva such an easy fight? Why couldn't he hit the broad side of a barn? The other elder dragons hit me more often than once every 3 minutes.

I have no issue identifying his attacks at all. the only remotely similar ones are when he stands on his hind legs, and its still easy to tell if tis the head or arm slam

That's the thing, he's not that hard, hes just tedious and boring. Once you learn you can just lay on the ground after getting swiped when he rears back to one shot you, the fight becomes trivial.
None of his other attacks are dangerous, just his oneshot ones.
And you cannot defend the fact that the attack where he slides the wing on the ground isn't bullshit hitboxes when it fucking hits you from the other side of him.
