She is ALWAYS placed after all frontline characters. Thus running her with a frontline dps like DJ/Fenrir/Erico is a suicide run
Usually story mode teams include both her and a tank for more sustain.

I'm glad this is the case. After not getting anything in over 100 pulls I was on the verge of giving up on my Shizuru/Makoto/Akino account but if I can just soldier on for a month and eventually buy a 3* then it's not a complete loss.

You can buy a "monthly sub" to the game that gives you some amount of crystals (500? 1000? I forget) and lets you access the daily dungeon twice instead of once.

It costs the same gem per mana ratio in the end, the only difference is the more expensive ones have higher chance to give you memory pieces, so if you are going to buy mana buy a lot at once to take advantage of that.
If you buy the shards of a girl you don't own, can you use those to unlock her?
yes, you need 45 shards for 2* unlock and 145 shards for 3* unlock

You get a certain amount/hour depending on your ranking and 10 for each defense victory.
Arena is pretty much bullshit compared to dungeon.
And its just going to become even worse.
I think the 2x dungeon tickets from the monthly pack is the most valuable part of the package. The amount of frags/mana/gear/coins you can get from doing the hard dungeon up to the boss is really good. Really suggest it to anyone who is a tadpole. You get 500 paid currency and 1500 free currency (50 a day for 30 days) and 300 tickets (10 a day for 30 days). You can do a discount roll with 50 paid gems once a day so the whole deal is worth 20 rolls. The 2nd dungeon ticket is going to help tremendously with dealing with mana costs. Think it was $8.60 so not terrible either.
Is Kaori worth investing mana into?
Her rank 5 skill sounds like it would be nice for dungeon bosses but I somehow doubt she would live long enough to actually get multiple hits off.
People keep saying you can use friend's units in dungeons. How do you actually do that?

Ghost loli seems mandatory since teams attack into her even when she's faded out. She's too good at stalling for bursts and letting your team kill 1 of their units for free.
