She's a lot more limited than that. Mid might be an option into a non-assassin lane or a lane she won't get poked out of. Top is definitely never going to be meta for her in much the same way that most ADCs can't survive up there. With no CC and the only movement ability being an MS boost until she gets enough AS she's going to get dumpstered by anyone with a dash or CC. Which is a large majority of the top roster.

Honestly unless her damage numbers are retarded then she'll barely be viable anywhere. 500 range is pretty rough for an ADC.

She has no sustain tools, depending on how good her AoE is she might be viable jungle. Ganking wont be an issue, but she needs decent clear speed for that.

I dont think she is very good for a sololane, her only mobility tool is tied to her passive so must be used offensively. Weak early laner with no escapes is just asking to be camped. And unlike some other weak laners, as an ADC she's probably terrible from behind.

Bot, maybe also jungle is all Im expecting.
