/pol/'s aesthetics are a work in progress. The hair models have been fixed and the hats been replaced from the really old and ugly ones. The kits have also all been fixed but Moonman and a few other details still need to be ironed out. An fpc is being thought up that'll make the kits look more 3D and detailed then they currently are. So in the two part overhaul of /pol/'s aesthetics this was more or less the one focusing on the tedious and not very noticeable details. Assuming 18 doesn't mess with too much /pol/ might have a few fpc models for in summer. Till then pic related is what we've got.

To the user on the previous thread, /pol/ had a "new" logo made in 2014 (by SeeSaw), which was the same as it is now but crisper. The reason it wasn't adopted was because management (and apparently the board in general) wanted to keep the old one for OC and board culture sake.
I don't know about other teams, but /pol/'s logo was board OC and board culture before they joined the 4cc. That is why other boards get to fuck around with their logos while /pol/'s is too much of a staple to be changed. The fact that it's old and simple but easily recognisable makes polfags like it more, which isn't a surprise.

I belive that finding an optimal strategy, mostly with testing, gives you better chances of victory.
But we also have to deal with the fact that there is a random factor and sometimes, things don't go as expected. If the whole shit was just a 100% pure diceroll then we are all wasting time.
