You now have somewhat flexible choice of Grima and Myrrh spooking you. One is armor with ward dragons and the later is flying dragon with hone dragons so both are solid. Grima has prf lightning breath and vengeful fighter while Myrrh is uber tank with earthsweep (if she has more def enemy doesn't get follow-up, and she has like 35-38 def) but needs dc and iote's seal to truly shine

Hardin definitely seems worth it, maybe Robin.

Both robin and hardin have premium fodder, so yes.

Robin will be new esports meta.

Robin is amazing skill fodder, Dragons want to be stacking Ward Dragons. Vengeful Fighter of course goes without explanation, Bold Fighter too. The weak link of the three is Celica who honestly, good stats or not probably won't be that great especially with the competition red swords have. Her skills are pretty lackluster too, I mean Hone Atk 3? I won't be surprised if she demotes at the end of this.

Robin is S+++ fodder with WD and VF.
Hardin is A+ fodder due to BF, unless you want Stalin to be commanding your armors

DC Lance user Hardin would probably be the one to roll for.
If his stats are close to usable he would simply become the best Lance armour.
Red infantry is probably the worst to roll for.
Dragon armour sounds cool so that could be good for armour teams but not dragon teams since movement types would be too different and you would have no way of getting grima to keep up with the rest of your duded.
Skadi Takumi might be decent though.

I actually don't mind Grima's art that much. It's not the best, but it definitely is not the worst one.
