If Kirin hits the hard cap on Thunder and it's damage is barely better than Lighting Spire before Attack skills then I do not see why people try and push Element so hard. And this is against a 3 Star weakness monster. If anything I could just stack 3 Thunder Attack decos on my Lightning Spire and completely fuck Thunderpeircer.

Crit Element + WE (and maybe Crit eye) and suddenly that elemental difference lets thunderpiercer pull ahead

When I did testing I HAD Crit Element (From Rathalos armor bonus) and Weakness Exploit 3. The damage still was barely better than Lightning Spire III with White Sharpness.

I farmed Dodogama a bit with an investigation where Azure Rathalos and Bazelgeuse also spawened, and it was fun, to put Dodogama between Azure and me, because Azure was constantly roasting Dodogama with fireballs while I was slicing him in the other side.

Sometimes I'd take him to Bazelgeuse where Bagel would drop from the sky and explode all over
