Like 2/3 of people play rotation. For the Shadowverse Open they did 4 weeks rotation and 2 weeks unlimited I think.

Ah alright, what's a good place to check meta rotation decks then? I was looking at the tier ranking on game-ai but some of the decks had cards that are out of rotation.

You don't. SV in the DE era really did look like it was going to fix everything that was wrong with HS. Then RoB/ToG/WD flushed it all away, other than the 'actually f2p friendly' part. Even that is being eroded by Rotation and increasing deck costs.

Blizzdrones will forever be blizzdrones. It's too late for them.

I lost to someone playing that deck because I wasn't expecting Wolf on turn 8 and I played a perfect target. If the deck actually catches on it'll be very easy to play around, so I'm expecting a short-lived success. Props to him for figuring out something mildly original though.

If you can't kill him before that he wolfs you. If you don't then you just die to regular aggro.

I don't know about playing around wolf, but there's lots of anti-token cards that come online before leaf man.

You really can't do much to them or deal with the fairy spam if they get a good hand though.
Maybe nova flair or horde but that's about it. I guess salami too with perfect ramp.
By the time you stabilize and clear everything, which is how you won against them before that, wolf comes online and you're in lethal range from all the fairy chip.

Not very well.

Control blood is dead in rotation. Unlimited versions haven't changed at all.

Dealing with a gimped aggro package is not that hard, and you can always tech in your class' flavor of 1 damage boardclear if it becomes an actual issue. Yeah, aggro highrolls happen but they're bound to be much less consistent in that deck.
To play around Wolf, you simply need to go wide or play a threat that Wolf can't kill. If you're so behind in tempo that the opponent can afford a dead turn 8, you probably would've lost to Ipiria three turns earlier. I must admit that taking advantage of Aria's Enhance to fuel Elephant is pretty smart though, I can see how that'd feel like total bullshit in a lot of situations.

This game would be fine if drain also healed when defending
