We have a week of worthless trap banner (ends March 1st), then a week of Prison Tower (ends March 8th), then at least a week for America, but probably 2 weeks (March 15th-22nd). I wouldn't be surprised if they put it off so the event is around April Fools, though. Seems like it would be thematically appropriate for the event.
Da Vinci is not as good to farm as Christmas and probably isn't worth planning your life around. The quest is longer and more difficult. Not to mention that the way the lottery is set up means that you won't be clearing either box quickly.
