they're okay if you can find them on sale, the inside out tracking works well unless you're putting your controllers behind you for a while, or putting them on the side or top of your head. so like pulling a bowstring back is pretty buggy, or if you scratch your head or dab it'll lose tracking.

controllers have a good set of buttons, the controllers aren't as ergonomic as the rift's and the game support is much more limited. so like for vrchat you have to use the trackpads for movement even though the thumbsticks exist.

if the price is close to the rift, just get the rift instead
