start of fof should be goring and it ends with goring, requiescat is right after the last goring

You use FoF after savage blade so you can use goring again at the end of the buff tick then go requisceat and nuke with holy spirit. They're on the same cd so they'll always line up like this. I think you meant having them both up at the same time which is a horrible idea.

Figure out which folder in my documents is your main's folder, figure out which is your alt's folder
Replace contents of the alt's folder with a copy of the main
Easiest way to figure it out is if you havent played alts a lot the main character one will have a lot more stored chat logs
Backup everything just in case you fuck it up

There's a folder with all the setting in the documents folder for FFXIV. They aren't labelled by character so you'll have to do some guess work, but you can usually tell which is which by their age.
Once you figure them out, I'd just put a txt file named after the specific character in each folder, personally.

Yes it is, but because of the high user traffic, character creation temporarily locks. Try creating your character during a downtime. Past midnight PST and around now is a pretty good time to aim for.
