he's not that great. Like any warrior his damage crumples against any kind of protections. A mage standing in thebes + sov with a warlock sash is pretty tough to Ravana, unless he builds way too much damage to survive.

daily reminder that flat penetration and protections are equivalent stats and playing without all three protection aura items is like giving the enemy team 30 bonus penetration; you will lose.

Can we just make it so premades face only premades now? They are either only communicating amongst themselves and never do call outs, or they are so shit that they need to stick together to even stand a chance against others whether you play against them or not. The worst part is that they seem to have an ego that they can't let go of and they never fucking F6, especially against other premades that have the same clan tag.

That said, Soul Gem may bring back one-shot Morrigan, so there's that.

Hunters blessing still works for Sol. Morrigan with hunters blessing was retarded, it fell off fast but it put on a ton of early pressure that made it worth it. I don't know, soul gem should work off basics. Freya isn't totally dead. That said book of the dead is dead, still expensive and gives you 10% less shield.

Soul Gem doesn't work off-basics, but you can stack it on the jungle/minions and then release it on a god. Works well on Morrigan because her 2 has incredibly low cooldown. Basically, you do 2 -> Poly AA -> 1 -> 2. That should kill pretty much any squishy god even late game with Soul Gem. Specially if you go Warlock + Thoth or full lifesteal, which is kinda lackluster on her desu, but since you're already getting Soul and Poly may as well try getting Typhon's and see if you like it.
They also killed Zhong Kui's awesome synergy with Hunter's Blessing, sadly. Book of the Dead is indeed useless now.

Did it give his second basic damage? That doesn't sound bad at all, don't know why they'd remove that. The only person that needed a hunters blessing interaction fix was morrigan, everyone else was fine. I think if it goes stacks on basics it'd be way better and might see use beyond morrigan or he bo but it still sounds good on the both of them. I'll have to try it out, stacking it on creeps then blink ulting with he bo is going to be crazy.

I tried it early on the PTS and stacked on jungle monsters.
And yeah, Hunter's Blessing gave Zhong's second basic extra damage. It still does after the "fix", but does so little damage that is not even worth it now. Went from 30 to 19 or something like that.
