My Marisa is as bog standard as it gets with spd dao/repo/Moonbow/Fury/Renewal/Pulse/CD seal, she does her job of existing and occasionally killing greens just fine when I run my infantry team.

Being doubled has its benefits and drawbacks.
The benefit if you get more special charge, especially with Breath skills, and hence you can use higher CD specials.
The downside is you get fucked sideways if there are too many enemies and your special procs aren't in order.

It's not a clear win, but if you plan accordingly it can be good.
Avoiding doubles will always be good though.
