You skipped a step when making your atlas

delete the UV map called "UVMap", then rename "TextureAtlas" to "UVMap" and export to fbx again

Step one, use the shapekey to open the mouth in blender
Step two, set that as a new basis and move it to the top of the list
Step three, run the mouth open key in reverse like the other user said

There's some transparency or something on my model's hair texture, that show up as ugly white blocks and stripes ingame after atlasing.
Is there any way to fix this? I only learned how atlasing works yesterday.

Try setting your material to cutout mode instead of opaque, and then fiddle with the cutoff

no idea but I can say I have an i5-7400 @ 3GHz, 8gb ram and a nvidia 1060 3gb graphics card and vrchat runs great. It's mostly going to be cpu that bottlenecks you in vrchat though

I think the issue is less unity being fucky and more the fact that without full body your entire mesh moves in relation to the headset, so leaning forward is impossible.
