Making one of the most hated master's mission global isnt "changing it up" and shows how little effort they put into it. More than 1/2 of the builds\players\classes\skills are not suited for that shit.

The passive tree has needed a rework, but it's so massive and complex (different from "deep") that it's probably never going to get a full one, just little patches added to bits here and there

It's so shitty and low value that it's the only thing they have to balance the game around. They can just nuke OP skills uniques and enchants that prove overvalued during leagues now, if they revamp the tree things get volatile. This is a successful game, no room for that anymore.
