Well, Pendulum 1.0 came out in October 1998. First Ultimates it had were HeraclesKabuterimon, MetalEtemon and SaberLeomon. And these fuckers were actually ultimates in that game. That said Herc and MetalEtemon were used as perfects in DW1. Which came out in January 1999 in jap. So technically they were ultimates, then got bumped down to perfect for DW, which was probably in development already, then bumped back up to Ultimate. If you ignore them I guess SaberLeomon would be the first Ultimate, since he wasnt in world.

Hard to know. As far I know, pic related was the first Ulitmate, but I think it was Perfect level when debuted. I don't even remember in what media debuted the level Ultimate. Probably WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon were the first one labeled as that.

Well, there where SaberLeomon statues on Leomon's ancestors temple, but he didn't actually appear, so no level stated

Although, funnily enough, I just looked at the wiki page for the pendulums again. Apparently the Pendulum 2.0 Deep Savers came out in December 1998, while the Pendulum 1,5 (Which had Holydramon,SaberLeomon and MetalEtemon as Megas) came out in January 1999 (which was also when DW1 was released). The Megas in Pendulum 2.0 were MetalSeadramon, MarineAngemon and Pukumon. Since these guys werent in World or Ver.S I guess they are the true original Megas, and their levels werent shoved around.
