at the scion life wheel it's a 12% life node, otherwise i'm not thinking up much other than maybe getting the right-side weapon stuff as CI but that archetype is pretty dead

the only decent spot for it is shadow socket because it reaches minor nodes from claw and dagger wheel, but not the notables
and even then it's better to use a real jewel

potentally a +12.5% life jewel in the resists socket of scion, but
1) you have to be a scion
2) you have to spend 4 points for a socket instead of the usual 2
5.5% life is not worth 2 points and the loss of stats of a proper 7% life jewel

The jewel placed under marauder start can give a significant amount of life without any real drawback.

Edit: 11.5% max life and 14 flat life by my count.

Change onslaught on rare/unqiue kill to vigour charges
Change headsman "recently" effects to permanent effects
fuck overwhelm, who cares

reddit made me realize it's not limited to 1 so you can stack 2 of them for the scion rectangle and get +25% life for 2 jewels
