Make sure that Pelvis, Spine, Chest, Neck and Shoulders are mapped.

try this:
make a seperate FBX without any rigging.
go to blender, delete the armature, and save the result somewhere. THEN go to mixamo, and upload that model so that it auto rigs it. (if possible, as i said, sometimes mixamo doesnt like models)

if it works, then you should be able to try out animations as you see fit.

do you know how to use them in unity?

>once thats done Ctrl+D the animation file and delete the rest

>set everything to bake into pose and set at origin

I assume it's a .x file so you need to download pmxeditor and then import the .x file into pmxeditor then export it out as a pmx file.
