Do you people even play this game? Swains Q does do a lot of damage, the problem is its based on the number of bolts hit.

His Q fires out in a cone like Graves' old Q. You have to be close to someone to get the max damage. At max rank with max CDR, which is easy to do now its like a 1.2 second CD.

He's not that great but the sheer amount of mongoloids who ult without any soul shards then walk directly into 4 people to then die and go "WHERES THE DAMAGE" is staggering
