I prefer using the GW harp even though it does less damage simply because it heals and raises Song's chances of paralyze.

Literally core for Song because it ups hit rate for debuffs. Not a big deal otherwise.

Event harp gives a hit to enemy debuff res instead of the GW harp's boost to debuff success, I've always been under the impression it's a bit of a wash which is better. It can't be that big of a difference so I'll keep using it regardless.

I remember when you posted your mal on /a/ and everyone started laughing at you.

Hit rate is always better. There are far more sources of debuff resistance down, combined with the fact that hit rate starts fairly low, and on element debuff resistance isn't really a thing.
Debuff resistance is important for pure parabots, but there are so few ways to get hit rate up that the GW harp is unbeatable.

Seriously, the game is dead. It's obvious they're not even trying anymore, just add the obligatory update here and there regardless of quality along with a bait limited and call it a day.

It's really not a big deal at all, although there are more sources that reduce the enemy's debuff resistance than there are that boost yours to make your debuffs 4x more effective. But don't stress over it, I don't use my Elysian setup anymore for light.
