Actually if anything I think Golden Rule should get a buff. It's Instinct tier useless now, it's just too vanilla and should be a secondary effect on pioneer if anything.

Not him but she's only good for farming mostly. I used to use her early game before she got to Bond 10. In the story nodes and farming quests she was a god. In boss quests not so much. I would like to see her NP gain skill get buffed.

Decrease NP strength is a shit skill until they will rise the % of damage reduction. 30% down isn't enough to survive against most of the NPs, anti-class servants can survive AoE NP at best.
