I have downloaded the game but during the first battle once I click on the action of the cards the game crashes (no matter if I choose Rance or Sill) and when I let the enemy attack the game crashes too.
It's possible that I missed some file or anything?

Got on a boat, went to attack Kayblis' HQ on turn ~13. Got all the way into his magma castle thingy. Went against his 1st encounter and beat him there. Kayblis is defeated and Rance saves the day.

There was a party (I did have a Bird card) and our buddy Bird blasts Sill during the celebration. Miki turns into Maou-sama at that point, Rance says he's a special guy and offers to take her blood and bear the burden instead, sorta mind-broken by Sill's death.

End credits, game continues after that.

With that context, I find it hilarious that Rance will freeze her in Eternal Ice again, wait 20-ish years to heal her up and finally free her once she's alright again.

Rance becomes remembered as the guy who sacrificed himself to become the Demon King instead of a little girl and gets his waifu back eventually. Bird is remembered as the fucker that almost screwed humanity over and is a traitor to the race. And eventually, his 'win' is reversed anyway.

Nighcisa didn't die after the transfer. They lived the rest of their life out as a human after that.

Nighcisa lived the rest of his normal human lifespan out.

To be fair Rance did trap Bird in Genbu castle for around 3 years.

No, Nighcisa became human again and died naturally shortly after. Gi became human again as well and died because Kentarou killed him.
