He's entirely a gimmick servant that seals/stuns. He has no real damage output to speak of, and if you want to seal NP then you might as well use Ozymandias who can seal NPs too (and more frequently than once every 8 turns while doing a ST Buster NP that is base 600%) but also has very good party support (Charisma, Protection from Ra) and a respectable damage output.
