Depends completely on how much you trust Hood. When she jobs and refuses to proc her skill she'll do tickling damage with the 283 but at least she'll be ready to job you with it again soon after. The 410mm is much slower but deals at least SOME damage to the enemy, and since BB shells literally have a 50% chance to light stuff on fire, you can deal way more reliable damage at the cost of firing slower.

Nelson/ Phoenix, Cassin Tirpitz/ Abukuma, Leander Clear, Boss. Use double line and try to prioritize both sirens first for the clearing fleet. I wouldn't recommend farming c3 for long though. Get your Jiji and fuck off. There are better optimized fleets out there but this is pretty consistent for me. You'll need to switch around Phoenix/Cassin's position occasionally due to retarded AI.

Well no I'm definitely not going to get plates with medals considering how expensive they are, but if they cost 15 or 20 medals I'd totally be willing to do it. I prioritize food and blueprints but I have enough medals to get whatever I need, but not enough to mindlessly spend it on overpriced plates.
Technically speaking 1 pull at a time is the best option if you just want to get to the next tier since if you get the jackpot items you need then the rest might be wasted on items you don't want, but in reality it doesn't matter that much. 10 pulls just means less buttons to press.
Speaking of that, has anyone gotten to tier 2 of the event gacha yet? What else is in the pool other than DoY?
