will adjust accordingly but what moves around similarly to SA?

So, you cannot easily join or open a tempered elder dragon quest to farm for heroes streamstones with random ppl?
You have to get them through farming footsteps and then nobody is really posting threse quests because there is no multiplayer lobby ?
