They literally added a line that specifically pointed out that was what it wasn't changed to because people made exactly the same mistake on the PTR version (which was worded poorly).

The part that was changed was that you can now see the lifebars of anyone below 100% HP. Not "you can see anyone through walls below 100% HP".

Who gets dumpstered harder if Sombra makes it into the meta, Lucio or Zen? Zen can at least react to Sombra uncloaking. Lucio just gets his shit canceled, but he doesn't walk out of it with 50 fucking health, and has enough mobility to not get killed by her flanking.

It will get nerfed because EMP is now more potent than grav (with less counterplay) in terms of crippling the enemy team and winning a team fight.
