I disagree. If you're using Steady/Warding Breath, VIke is usually going to remain topped off so Vantage will usually never go off barring some wild circumstances. He would rather have DD3 as his seal because it solidifies his defense and makes his sustain much better.

Legendary banners are total horseshit portrayed as a positive thing.
All they're doing is making fancy new exclusive units with fancy unique abilities and gameplay bonuses and hiding them behind a fuck ton of pity breakers making them even harder to get than if it was just a regular banner.
And they only show up on these horseshit banners so you'll never even have the possibility of getting lucky and being pity broken by them.
