In TiTS the Erebonian "invasion" of Liberal basically boiled down to them driving a single tank into Grancel Arena and having teams face off against it 1 by 1 until the protagonist team finally managed to beat it and end the war. I don't think Falcom really understands what a real war is.

I know this is kinda of an unpopular opinion, but I love the Gagharv trilogy. Yes, it's not as good as the Trails series which I considering to be my favourite series of all time. But, them earlier LOH titles are great. You can really see the ground work set for the Kiseki series. Such as the church in ATOV, the pilgrimage in POTW, etc.I'm currently on a third playthrough on my commute to uni as I patiently wait for Sen IV and I Kai.

I just want to talk about these titles. The translations are far from great, but I find that part of the charm now. My personal favourite is Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch, but I'm a big fan of all them.

Do you think we'll ever get updated versions of the trilogy? Maybe XSEED doing a new translation and a PC release for the trilogy? I'm been think a lot lately about what XSEED can do with Falcom if NISA get Sen III, even though I automatically go to the PS4 versions of Sen I and II. They was done in house at Falcom so it's possible, but I personally think they're happy with the PC releases and would gladly move on to something new.

Are you a fan of the trilogy or do you hate it due to the translations? Slow battle system? I wish more would play it. It deffintly needs a fan translation.

I've seen a lot of people say they're good. The main criticisms I see are that the translation was bad and that the gameplay was kinda simplistic, but otherwise opinions have been fairly positive I've seen. Haven't gotten around to playing them yet myself, but maybe will give a try after Ao assuming we don't get jackassed

I like to think that the ones who attacked Heimdallr were the good pilots of the Noble Alliance whereas the ones who got pushed back by third and fourth were rank and file mooks. Neithardt got a lot more out of the captured Spiegel than the Alliance officers did.

I liked it and the way the overarching story tied together. The casts were likeable as well. Tear > Ocean > Witch for me. I'd like for a Michel and Thomas cameo in some Kiseki game but I know that won't happen.

The "evo portraits" are just the Zero and Ao portraits. It's the other way around.
