1. Start in tank stance
2. Use enmity generating things
3. Switch to dps stance
If your dps are doing well and not using their enmity controlling skills (they won't), you might have to switch back or use more at the start.
Also, always be pressing buttons. The more damage you do the slower they'll ride up on you.
