I run Gas regularly on every class except Support. It's easily my favorite grenade to use in game, you can rack up a crazy amount of kills and points with it.

I’m don’t exactly get a 5.0 kd but I can go on long streaks with the winchester trench and 1903 experimental. Those are my two favourite scout rifles and probably the only reason why I reached maximum scout level

Opinions on the Enfield 1917? It has a really distant sweet spot for an infantry only variant.

It’s a decent weapon. Sweet spot is a meme anyway. Either aim for the head or just train yourself to be ready for the follow up shot.

A lot of my stats are bad because I spent the first 200-300 hours being not good and I've been trying to dig myself out since.

If this was pre-TTK patch the Huot would be lower but the new TTK alleviated most of its issues.
Go try it out and you will be plenty surprised.

It depends. How many of those at rocket kills have come from you just using it against infantry and how many from are from destroying vehicles full of retards? Give a rough estimate.

How do you play support though? I need all 200 of those rounds to take down a plane single-handedly and then prone bone an entire squad while they're putting on gas masks, all without reloading. If I had to stop every 30 rounds I'd be dead.

Depends on the MG.
If it's a small mag one I play it like it how the game goes.
It's a SMG up close, a tapfire SLR at range and an MG out far.
The Huot is super flexible and can do all that stuff well.

If it's a big mag, you force defensive positions + snipe people with the MG when you can.

I used to use a combination of frags and HE crossbow before flak was in the game, but now I use gas and frag crossbow.
It's surprising how few people put their gasmask on and gas is super useful for covering your arse.
