3. Hornet saved
4. Go to soul control station (dig hard - poppins quest)

You have to get into the fortress after the RedEye attack, so no Floating Castle and no JAPAN. After that it's just a sequence of quests from Cream/Poppins.
I tried getting it myself, but at some point I got stuck because I was lacking materials (?) and had no idea where to get it, and in the next turn the counter went over 50% and I ended up with a different B ending instead.
