Lucio ult is meant to be weak to compensate for the hero itself being ridiculously impactful all the time

Pharah will rain over her shield and Junkrat will just delete the shield.

Her ult should be used 5 seconds before you enter a team fight or 5 seconds before you win one.
You can delete Tracers with Shield Bash > flail swing > Whip Shot. It's a true combo if you don't fuck it up.
Shove > Whip has some real knockback. You can environmental people easily.
You can do the old Rein melee cancel with your shield, but its gonna get removed just like Rein's did, so don't make it a habit.
