A colorless legendary is least ridiculous next option, but I feel like they're going to give us a dual focus legendary instead, because running Ephraim for 5 days and then not again for 2 months isn't silly enough.

Her offensive statline is great, +SPD can work either a bladetome or Ivaldi really well. People used to run bladetome with Olwen but L'Arachel does that way better than she ever did.
If you don't want to use Reinhardt, lady Lel is the best alternative there is.

She's okay, but her base kit goes terrible with itself. -Res also limits the fun you can have with running ploy skills, might have to stick with something boring like a +Spd sacred seal or something.

You can run Fury and/or Ardent Sacrifice with Renewal, or replace that with Desperation if you prefer. Ivaldi's effect is neat, and while the def bonus is largely useless it might stave off some one shots when combined with Fury, otherwise people like slapping a Blade tome on her, which she uses to great effect on Cavalry teams.
