even with shens card fixed you'll be able to pump it to 50% movement speed when the new custom loadout system comes out. i still think you can create a willo build that revolves around that card.

Yeah and like I said, it applies 20 percent move speed hundreds of times while you're standing on it like the fire dot from tyra's Molotov. It's just that dots don't have a diminishing return system but move speed sources do.
