It's great and balances a lot of things that were an issue in Cyber Sluts, but doesn't completely fix the problems completely.
Enjoyable if you liked CS too as it does just enough differently to be replayable without feeling bored, and the references between them are nice little easter eggs.

Finally started Neptunia Re;Birth V after having it in my backlog for God knows how long. For all its shortcomings, there is a nice honesty about how straightforward the Neptunia series is with its contents. Playing the game feels like eating fast food (yes, I know, food analogies are dumb, but whatever); once in a while and it feels great, too much and you'll get sick. I particularly like how snappy and fast the combat is. I think I'm gonna enjoy this.

He has a lot of grabs but remember that you can tech out of every one of them if you aren't stunned. Same with Mika, including command grabs. Plus he's really slow so make use of it~

Hard mode was pretty much impossible without severe grinding due to HP sponges and defenses as well as issues with physical, magical, and armor piercing skills ranging from completely useless to necessary to win anything.
In Hacker Memories the hard mode is easier in that physical skills/attacks deal more damage, armor piercing skills are worth less (still the best though) and magical skills are balanced to reward elemental weakness abuse but not overpower everything.

so pretty much on top of having more digimon it just plays more fairly

I would suggest that a keyword be avoided for later ones. At least I think randoms are fun too considering that the playerbase is small on every platform in the first place.

Even when just messing around, it's fun to play online like this. UNIST legitimately sparked a deep interest in fighting games for me.

That's the best way to enjoy the games. I played alot of guilty gear revelator casually and a little bit of sfv, I think they made me a bit better in the genre
