That does't fix the issue about wanting to place it some where without it not fitting or being super fucked in a space. The whole thing feels too cramped or too empty depending on how much you put in.

They spawn over flowers and trees mess with their spawn points, so you might have to cut some trees down. I find they spawn a lot near lots of flowers planted near a river, like along the river bank

I have a question about public works projects in ACNL. Do permanent projects like the museum or the roost count towards your 30 pwp total? I think Im close to my limit but I still want to put in a lot more.

From what I've read online, none of the permanent PWPs count towards the limit, although apparently destroying the original bridge your town spawned with and building another one will add another PWP towards the limit.
