I have no idea. Being able to cast pro level games mean you would see how heroes are played at a basic level. Even if you had the worst aim in the world just knowing positioning and tactics for certain heroes could carry you into gold. monte must be truly shit at the game. he's not a great caster either so I suppose it makes sense.
