Is there a reasonable way to get level 70 gear without being a multimillionaire? I'm sure you can craft it but my Weaver is 60 and in most of these cases, the materials to make these are 3x the price of what the gear is worth. Am I basically stuck with level 68 gear?

Make sure you keep your MSQ up to date. Have you done the job quests for your job, too? Those are pretty important.

You get your 70 gear at the end of the MSQ/job quests... so just do those. Preferably on a different combat job at 60 so they benefit from the exp.
