Yeah but in comparison that hasn't happened no where near as much as beastmen summoning eikons. It also doesn't help that, aside from summoning eikons, a better half of beast tribes would also terrorize kind not of their tribe. Garlemald and Eorzea would probably share the same goal if they weren't so split on how to deal with beast tribes, because there's always that half of the tribes that do no harm to others.
Even if non-beastmen were summoning eikons at the same rate, point still stands. They should be dealt with.
