It's a common OCCURENCE, because of bunga idiots like you, not a rule.
You should take at least one tank and one support during first 3 picks. Last pick should be either an assassin (that can't be countered by the enemy cause last pick) or a counter to something that enemy has. But everyone races to their own favourite big dick dmg and leave support for last pick as some sort of punishment.
