I don't see how the new Bampy-chon is broken. Looks like another core card for Vengeance, but until we see the other cards, it's anyone's guess. For instance, you could argue that the new Dragon card is a replacement for Fervor, but we don't know what other cards Dragon will get, so unless they get something better, it may as well become a staple.
Anyway, at least Blood's getting a decent legendary this expansion. The last two they got were simply horrendous. Interestingly enough, Psema was the first legendary to be revealed in Chronogenesis, if I'm not mistaken. I wonder if there's some kind of order to it or if they're just randomly throwing shit out.
