when is this even used in the game?
it's not the same image that is used during the random event when your screen goes red with veins along the edges. that's a seperate and different image that is in the "bg" folder.

I think it'd be a lot of fun, and now that the general is growing into more of a tightly-woven community, it'd be a great way for us to connect more.
