Omnipotent Orb, and all other accessories, carry over into NG+ in P5. In fact, unlike Liz and Margaret, the Twins don't even care if you have it equipped while fighting them, but you can still lose by failing the damage checks.
If you can beat the Twins at all, Joker alone is probably OP enough to solo the game, so multiple Orbs are redundant.

If going solo, Yoshi + a buff/charge Persona, both set up to block multiple elements, is sufficient.
If you go in with a L99 party, all equipped with Crystal Skulls and magic resist armor, you can just use 'regular' Yoshi (as long as his STR and AGI are high). Joker spends the entire fight cycling Charge and Hassou Tobi, while the party covers buffs and healing, while trying not to die.

The latter two was an error. Occasionally when to pics are posted on Veeky Forums at similar times, it will fuck up and you end up with cases like this where an image replaces another. Hence the weird stretching on the first post.

Remember that party members can guard to avoid their weaknesses getting hit. The Twins follow a set pattern for 80% of the fight, and naturally blocking an element doesn't 'use up' your guard stance.
For example:
>Ryuji (with evolved Persona) guards
>Caroline casts Maziodyne
>Ryuji naturally blocks it, and keeps his defence stance
>Justine casts Magarudyne
>Ryuji takes half damage, and doesn't get knocked down
