F-VSion is generally agreed to be one of the worst characters in the game. I don't know much more about her because she has to be top 3 least played characters in the game so I have very little experience against her.

For VSion H is generally agreed to be the best moon. I play C though.

They're pretty similar in that the main difference is reverse beat and both C and H moon have that. H is simpler overall I think but it also is the weaker moon system in general (though it still depends on the charcter, H vsion, len or kohamech are all the best version of each of them).

If you learn C-Moon, you learn Melty Blood.
After that you can just pick whatever character/moon you want and play ok with them.
If you feel overwhelmed at the start just focus on the most important things first which are using reverse beat in pressure and using Heat safely.

She's super easy at low-mid level and overall she's fine. Her biggest problem is her slow movement which makes some matchups harder at high level but she's a fine character and very easy to play basic.
