No? This year is a flat out budget cut. Last year the majority of MAU losses from blizzard as a whole were from HotS and the shareholder report blamed 2.0's success followed by basically no other large events or features of that scale and burn out from too frequent reworks and updates that pushed away players attached to older heroes and too few reworks on heroes out of the meta.. This year, the content schedule is more spread out so users don't feel left in the dust as often for skipping a week and don't burn out on having new shit to learn to fight and deal with every month. They are running costs low to recoop from last year.

Whether or not it will work is unclear, but they are still hiring positions for HotS for shit like cinematics so its clearly just a shifting of focus and resources.

Why were Method and Team Freedom so shit?
On paper they're better than half of the games at this event so what happened?

I actually just wish they would stop reworks in general and pump out a new hero every 2 weeks till we have roughly 100 and then change the creative tempo to reworks. I mean they do good reworks and all but theyre nothing compared to a new hero. Also their last few maps have been pointless. Garden, DK, Cursed (albeit not aesthetically pleasing), BoE, and maybe Towers of Doom are their only really good maps. They should get rid of the rest, because they're too similar and boring.

Zag is one of the best in the game now, except her creep is balanced finally and her best builds require skill the way it should be. The new philosophy is skill is the #1 factor in a win, not knowing cheap builds.

Git gud, she's fine. Heroes are less strong in general from beta across the board, Zagara is still the same minus the shit that made her broken back then.

I like that you can play the map multiple ways, its and its a nice looking map.
