You can definitely do Garp with that box, but you need some levels, CC and to LB your characters for extra stats.
Lucy is quite powerful, just Lucy Colo, Doffy, Sugar/Raizo and some orb luck will kill him for sure. Other units you can bring are Raid Bellamy or Raid Kuma. Usopp 6* is a huge boost to him too.
It's possible man, but you need to max those units else you won't make it.

V2 BB should be a shooter since that's how he offed WB
