You shouldn't need to use other people's sliders. The character creator is very limited with what you can actually change. Just pick a preset then change the features.

How good is the GS block?

I play on xbox and it's pretty comfy.
The one downside is that I never see anyone in the gathering hall because you need to go through extra loading screens to get there, but that might be an issue on ps4 as well. There's no reason there shouldn't be a third option of "Return to camp, return to town, return to gathering hall."
