Rework feat system entirely for starters.
Have two types of feat, Active/Passive.
Passives are unlocked the longer the battle goes, but you can earn them faster if you play objective to your heroes.
Active are earned by how good your team is doing.
Allow B Lane to go atleast 80% close to enemy spawn point.
You Earn 1 Active point if your minion are at advantage. You earn 1 Active point for each capture point owned. You get bonus +1 Active point if you're standing on Capture points. At +3 Point you get access to shit like Catapult/Arrow Storm and rest of current tier 4 that are too strong. So these can only be used if you're at capture point or if your team owns both capture points.
Special Archer Minions are at back which will hold back enemy minions to not reach spawn by being archers and to prevent spawn camping.
Losing team spawns proper captains while winning team spans minion captains, latter don't block attack from heroes but are deadly to other minions.
Have active feats that allow spawning of custom/special captains that follow your order, Capture Objectives, Fight in Minion lanes. Special captains can range from Wolves to Warden with Arming sword/Shield just for fun, or Raiders with Pollaxes etc. Though these would be at best level 1-2 and cannon fodder.
Also you need to hold capture points at all times or it'll decay.
have certainly posted good ideas as well, you could have passives which could nullify enrage of minions if you kill their team mates heroes, or instead boost the minions to haloween skeleton level if they see you die.
