DM is amazing at securing an area by finding a good spot to camp in, then denying the area with radar and constant shots.
Zao is good as a flanker/roamer.

I had no problem with aiming in the USN line, its just draining and not particularly fun, I know some people like the challenge of sending pigeons to the target but I'm the opposite, maybe I'll get bored of the easy retard friendly shells of the Zao but for now its relaxing. Even thinking of grinding the Soviet line now.

the WTR alone should tell you nobody has any idea how to play it either. The ship is just bad.

It's just a hard cruiser to contribute a lot in. You have no team play consumables like radar and your DPM is low compared to even New Orleans, let alone Chapayev or 155 Mogami. Your only real strength is that you have long range guns and 1/4 pen on your HE. If you have unicum stats already, I assume you're farming damage pretty well and really, that's all you can hope to do in that ship. If you can play Hipper decently, Roon and Hindy will be a blast.

From my experience, Myogi was a very pleasant grind. She has great guns for her tier but rely a lot more on perfect aim.

Her shells tend to scatter at shorter ranges but will tidy up at longer ranges.

Honestly, Myogi's guns never infuriated me like how Amagi's guns are from all ranges. The only IJN BB I Free EXP'd to get out of was the Amagi.

At least I could reliably hit DDs back when I was still grinding the Myogi.

The Amagi on the other hand was an entirely different story. Nothing is more frustrating than shooting a stationary Missouri that is perfectly broadside for 4 salvos aimed at the waterline for only 1 single overpen. At least Izumo's guns were a lot more consistent and more pleasant to use compared to the Amagi.

Also forgot to mention that the Missouri was only 6km away from me.
