I think I finally hit the boring wall. I've been playing for 110 hours and I'm LVL 61 HOWEVER the only Tempered Investigations I've been picking up are Threat 1 so all the decos are useless as fuck so I get get any stronger or better.

I've been looking for tracks for hours and hours on Explorations but again all I get is threat 1.

Need tracks from elder dragons specifically. there's usually rotting flesh in vaal hazak's den, and win scars ontop on the mountain thing in elder recess. Once you actually get a tempered elder, literally follow it around for the entire duration for one or two hunts, you'll get enough tempered elders to keep you going then

Vaal is the better GS.

Evade Extender is good. Slugger too. You basically just build it like you would a Hammer. Horn Maestro is optional, but nice to have.
